Shipping and Returns


Thank you for shopping with us and congratulations on taking steps to minimise plastic in your life. 


Domestic Shipping

Shipping to Australian addresses is a flat rate of $8 with Sendle Authority to Leave. This option is NOT insured and is sent at your own risk. 

You can use AUSPOST as you have control of delivery though the Auspost portal. 

Occasionally, parcels go missing with Sendle.
ANY address that is like: 2/52 Sample Street
Please use AUSPOST or Sendle with Signature ONLY. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING with Signature on Delivery on orders of $100 or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details.
Please ensure you regularly check the email used when placing your order, as this is where all correspondence will be sent.

Every aspect of the packaging your products is sent in, is eco friendly.
I use biodegradable packing tape and shipping labels, recycled paper, recyclable boxes and compostable satchels. You may notice from time to time, some random cardboard in your satchel to strengthen it and to protect your products. This is because I reuse any recyclable materials that my imported products are shipped to me in. This way, we can minimise waste together. 

We ship with Sendle!

Where possible, we use Sendle to ship your items to you.  Sendle is a 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation. Sendle only operates with Authority to Leave on parcels under 2kgs. Most parcels will be under 2kgs which means that they are automatically assigned as "Authority to Leave" and will not require a signature.

There are rare occasions where Sendle is unavailable to an address, in which case we use Auspost. 
International shipping

Currently, we are not offering international shipping.  International shipping will be introduced in the future.

We do ship to New Zealand

There are a few options for New Zealand shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 
Please ensure you regularly check the email used when placing your order, as this is where all correspondence will be sent.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

International refunds/exchanges (if applicable)
We offer a refund ONLY for faulty items and require photo or video evidence of the fault in order to process a refund. 
We do not offer exchanges for faulty items.

International returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. 
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The returned item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Once the item is received, inspected by us and a refund is approved, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Australian customers only.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will provide you with details on where to send it to. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
